Kristen Bomas is a Life Guide who employs life coaching as well as life mastery teaching and guidance to empower people to master their own life and destiny. She offers the following services:
Couples' or Partnership Sessions
This is an opportunity for partners and couples to explore the hidden or lost adventure of what they share and to develop a method of communicating that will take their relationship into the infinity of life’s experiences. They can find passion for each other re-ignited and a true love and acceptance that goes beyond their experiences and into what they had dreamed. Groups and Workshops
Groups and workshops of specific topics are offered on a regular basis. They generally have no fewer than 6 people and can range from weekly to bi-weekly with a limited time frame or unlimited time frame. These sessions are offered in her offices. Upon request, workshops can be offered off site.
Individual Sessions
This is the most in-depth form of Guidance or Coaching offered by Kristen Bomas. Working one to one with Kristen, the client will learn how to employ the unique template of life for exploration into their own life. It allows individuals to explore their present-life challenges at their own rate and to master those challenges they choose. It offers a great opportunity to define their purpose in this life, their blocks to freedom and success, and how to read life’s messages. Learn to permanently embrace life’s challenges as opportunities. These sessions are offered in her offices, on-line, or via phone. Parenting Consultations
Kristen believes the true healing of a child can come from the parents. She and her team teach and guide parents how to interact and guide their children. This can be experienced at her offices, on-line, or via phone.

Substance Abuse and Addiction Recovery Services
Kristen has been working with those in recovery for over 25 years. She offers an array of services in house. Please contact the office for the groups and individual sessions or programs for this challenge.

An ongoing program designed for participants in all levels of recovery and years of sobriety. Participants are able to seamlessly integrate their existing program with the healing lessons taught in this nonjudgmental, growth-oriented group, expanding their relationships with self, sponsor/sponsee and program.
